This toaster was bought as a wedding gift 3 years ago and still works great. It was a little costly but was bought with a matching kettle and so was worth it. It is a 2 slice toaster and does the job perfectly. It has a defrost setting which to be honest I have not used yet. I find it quite easy to wipe clean after using it and do need to be careful, as it is stainless steel. It isn't that heavy and has a slide out crumb catcher at the bottom. This toaster was bought based on the style and looks great in the kitchen. The only bad point about this toaster is that I have to keep changing the settings, but that's just me being lazy! It is very simple to use, just plug on and change the settings in front of the panel to how much heat you want - pop in your bread and press down. As far as buying it in the future - I don't think I will for the price it was back then but have no regrets with the choice!
