I brought this toaster probably about 5 years ago now and it is still going strong! Although it has got a little bit slower I'd say this is pretty normal due to how old it is. It has got a very sleek and shiny effect which look good in any kitchen. It has 5 different toasting settings and can also take quite thick bread which is good if you like crusty toast! It has the usual defrost buttons which is great and I quite often take the bread out the freezer and it only takes a couple of minutes to do! It always delivers a great crispy toast, and I've even found that I can fit the toasting sandwich bags in which is brilliant as a lot of toasting trays are quite narrow.
