Russell Hobbs 13790:
... the early demise of my Tesco Value toaster, I thought I should try a more expensive model, this 2 slice toaster cost just under £20, bought at Tesco. It looks quite smart, and would blend in to most kitchens, in fact Russell Hobbs describe it as "Smart in the Kitchen". ....smart in appearance perhaps, not totally in its toast making. The toast it produces does have darker lines on it rather than... Read the full review: I am a bit disappointed in my new toaster by pencoedcharlie |

Russell Hobbs 10617 Glass ... toaster was bought as a wedding gift 3 years ago and still works great. It was a little costly but was bought with a matching kettle and so was worth it. It is a 2 slice toaster and does the job perfectly. It has a defrost setting which to be honest I have not used yet. I find it quite easy to wipe clean after using it and do need to be careful, as it is stainless steel. It isn t that heavy and has a slide out crumb catcher at the bottom. This toaster was bought based on the style and looks great in the kitchen. The only bad point about this toaster is that I have to keep changing the settings, but that s just me being lazy! It is very simple to use, just plug on a... Read the full review: How Do You Like Your Toast? by Kallie-Shuga |

Russell Hobbs 13790 ... an owner of this toaster I can tell you I hate it. The last toaster I owned used to toast bread to a certain colour, ping the toast up and wait for you to collect the its offering. That is good toaster behaviour. This toaster has a mind of its own. Sometimes it works okay and the toast is done on one side at least, maybe even both sides on the odd occasion but most of the time it just does a random burn and pops the toast. My hatred of this toaster might be because it is faulty. When you look inside the machine at the toast being heated only one side of the heating element glows red, although both sides of the bread get heated. I have discovered the best way to use... Russell Hobbs 13766 ... bought this toaster two weeks ago as our other one had packed up. We bought a cheaper one made by a company called hayden first but it was a load of rubish to be honest, it burnt the toast on every setting so it had to be returned. In the end after reading several reviews on differn t toasters we decided to go for the russell hobbs 13766, it wasn t the cheapest toaster at £25 nor was it the dearest i guess it was a mid-range toaster. It s a very basic toaster with very few settings but that is what i wanted really just something that did not burn the toast. This toaster works very well indeed and the toast always cooks evenly on both sides. It has a high rise facili... Read the full review: no more burnt toast by deanoj2008 |
