Tefal 6532817P ... perfectly into any kitchen. No time wasting every morning, furiously waiting for that elusive toast to pop. The Tefal Avanti Toaster has a hi-speed element, which cuts toasting time by a third and gives great results everytime. Any type of thick or thin bread can be accommodated and the variable width guides ensure that browning of these types of bread is perfect. Separate 2-slice only operation allows you to only use 2 slices of the toaster for your single portions, rather than heating up the whole toaster. Frozen bread, reheat and cancel functions are all standard on the Tefal Avanti toaster and allow you control with versatility. Great safety features such as high life mechanism and cool touch exterior mean no more burnt fingers!

... toaster gets full marks for style and the exterier is easy to wipe clean. It also allows you to use it as a two slice toaster which i find a plus point. I think the timer set between 3 and 4 gives you a perfect piece of browned toast. The worst thing about this toaster is the crumb tray but at least it has one as many do not! It has two seperate crumb trays but i find they are not big enough to catch all crumbs. I'm sure Tefal could improve on this point. I would definately recommend this product....more

I bought the Tefal 4 slice toaster when it was half price at Argos. As i have the black and chrome look in my kitchen this fitted right in. It so easy to use, you can set the temp between 1 and 6 (1 being very slowly to toast and 6 being the fastest). Also you can press a bottom so it only toasts one side or if thats ot want you want you can cancel it by pressing the cancel button. I like how it has a big crumb tray underneath - now im going to sound stupid but i didnt know it had one and when i picked it up to clean there was never no crumbs so i asked my partner why there wasnt ever any crumbs after use. Yes you guessed it he laughed his head off at me and pull it out ...  Read the complete review

I have had this toaster for about 4 years now and i am really pleased with it. Premium Review Tefal 6532817P: Not the best toaster for the money (210 words)

I think this toaster is around the £40 mark, we received this as a present so I'm not exactly sure. I do though that it wasn't cheap. I don't particularly rate this toaster. It only seems to brown the middle of the bread, and not as evenly I would like. I don't put this down to my bad bread slicing either! The wide slots are useful and the fact that you can lift the bread up highly when it done to get the slices out. I have only had ours four years though (which isn't that long) and we ccertainly don't use it every day, and already one of the timers has gone on one side so if you're not around, it doesn't automatically pop off, and has been know to catch ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Good Toaster (167 words)

I purchased this toaster around 2 years ago, thinking of its practicallity and its certainly lived up to my expectations! it has 4 slots a wide vairety of speeds to toast although if you put it on maximum you would need to keep an eye on it otherwise it would be burnt but you can just pop it up with the 2 individual stop buttons for each side of the toaster and 2 individual push downs so if your only toasting 1 or 2 slices of bread there is no need to use the whole toaster just one side. it also comes with and excellent bread defroster and toaster warmer at one side which is vry handy incase you've forgotton it had popped. A disadvantage i would have to say about this ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Tefal 6532817P (Sleek 4 slice toaster) (160 words)

I think I bought this toaster about 2 years ago in a cheap deal that sold this with a kettle. The deal was pretty much the only reason why I bought a 4 slice toaster instead of 2 when in all reasonableness, I would have only needed a 2 slice toaster. Was I ever wrong. After buying a 4 slice toaster I found myself finding use for it; and this toaster from Tefal is really great in the sense that you can adjust different settings for 2 slots so that you can put toast in 2 slots and say english muffin in the other 2 slots. Caters for the frivolous needs I suppose. Not only does this toaster deliver as promised without wasting valuable time un the morning, it ...  Read the complete review
