I purchased this toaster around 2 years ago, thinking of its practicallity and its certainly lived up to my expectations! it has 4 slots a wide vairety of speeds to toast although if you put it on maximum you would need to keep an eye on it otherwise it would be burnt but you can just pop it up with the 2 individual stop buttons for each side of the toaster and 2 individual push downs so if your only toasting 1 or 2 slices of bread there is no need to use the whole toaster just one side. it also comes with and excellent bread defroster and toaster warmer at one side which is vry handy incase you've forgotton it had popped. A disadvantage i would have to say about this appliance would be they have a safety feature of boosting the toast up further to prevent buring fingers but one of mine has broken which prevents you boosting one side of it up which i would say is a great disappointment.
