Advantages: Cheap and cheerful, makes a good smoke!
Disadvantages: Not healthy of course and harms health
As a smoker, occasionally I try really hard to make cut backs on what I spend. I have no intention (at the moment of quitting) and don't mind roll ups...sometimes even preferring them to already made cigarettes in fact.
However I find that alot of rolling tobacco products can be a little harsh on me and my throat and I certainly don't like a sweet tasting tobacco that usually (I have found) cheaper versions to taste like.
Trying most rolling tobaccos on the market over the years I have found myself thinking of what review to write next on here and it's staring me in the face...this and this is my rolling tobacco of choice at the moment lol.
No matter the size you purchase the tobacco in the colour-scheme of the pack is always the same as is the information given (apart from the size on it of course lol). The packaging is foil inside and bright yellow on the outside. On the front of it your told it is Richard Lloyd & Sons Amber Leaf 'Finest Virginia Hand Rolling Tobacco and there is a picture of a tobacco leaf on there and of course the size is stated and warnings are given concerning tobacco/nicotine.
The Tobacco Itself:
Dark brown and moist but not wet this is a rather nice tobacco (if your a smoker of course). I can never detect a sweetness and it isn't one bit harsh on my throat either. I like the way it is moist enough as I'm not an expert roller of fags and this is manoeuvrable and believe me I've tried some right coarse tobaccos in my time which then tend to poke holes through the paper making my rolls up impossible to smoke.
For a more economical tobacco this is great for me and my requirements. It's of good strength, smooth and easy to roll and to smoke!
I am not saying this is good enough to start smoking and neither do I condone that and this review is only written with adults in mind who are seasoned smokers already...of course!
This can be purchased in many sizes and of course prices differ depending on where you purchase it from but I get my 50g packet from supermarkets and it costs me about £11.00 a time.
Summary: A decent rolling tobacco!
