Advantages: Smoking can be enjoyed if consumed less often

Disadvantages: Smoking is extremely harmful and damages your health

I have only recently started smoking for personal reasons, i enjoy having a smoke every so often but since i have started smoking i have been trying all sorts of different brands to find myself a favorite. Below are a list of cigarette types i have tried and a brief review of each one (the list is in order of my personal favorites):

Sterling Red (King size and Superking)
Sterling was one of the first i tried and the most enjoyable cigarette iv had. They are not too strong & not to week on effect. The filter has holes which takes away the harshness most cigarettes can give however many people tend not to like this, personally i dont like this sterling seem to still give off good smoke despite that. The cigarette does burn quite quick so i would recommend new purchasers to buy superkings (100mm).

Marlboro Brightleaf
Marlboro brightleaf is a new type of cigarette from the marlboro brand, a nice good strong cigarette with a slow burn. These cigarettes have more nicotine than most others (1mg compared to average cigarettes which are usually around 0.8/0.9) and less carbon monoxide at 9mg (instead of the average 10mg in most others). Marlboro brightleaf is full of flavor and i would recommend this to people who are willing to pay a bit more for that extra quality. Because the product is new, Marlboro have pricemarked the pack to around £5.35 for 20 and £2.75 for 10. Not all shops sell this but from launch they have become widely available so chances are your local will stock up on these sooner or later

Richmond (Superkings and Kingsize)
Richmond are very like sterling, the difference being richmond are slightly stronger on flavor and effect than sterling. I have noticed that the new packaging of Richmond contains different looking/tasting cigarettes to the previous pack and i do prefer the new style ones rather than the previous ones which have a slightly more bitter taste. Richmond are good quality and good value and do burn quite slow.

Marlboro Reds & Gold (lights)
Personally i dont like american cigarettes as i find their cigarettes to be quite harsh, the reds have a strong flavour and give strong effect, they burn fairly slow too. If you like strong cigarettes then i would recommend reds, if you like american cigarettes but dont want the extreme harshness then i would go for the gold. Golds are lighter but still have a similar taste and harshness of a standard cigarette so dont be put off if your not a lights fan.

Park Road
Park road are a value brand of cigarettes specially produced and packed for Bestway cash and carry so if your shop is a premier/happy shopper store (not a part of the bestway store franchise) then they are not likely to be available from there. Park roads have quite a bland taste and are not harsh at all, you have to really take a big drag if you are to get the same effects from an average priced cigarette however i can understand many people like a lighter smoke and these are pretty good if you want more nicotine than any other lights brand
