I stumbled accross these on Chemist Direct and added them to my shopping basket on a whim. These are design for roll ups using filters already, you get a pack of 10 of them. You just pop your filtered roll up inside the crafe filter and smoke - WOW - could not belive the build up of tar from the first rollup I smoked. Literally could not then go back to smoking them without these tips - such a huge amount of tar that would normally have been in my lungs! I showed them to colleagues who smoke and a couple of them are now using them too! Others just said 'don't show me that!' all thought it was disgusting! I imediatley ordered lots more of them as in the long run they will reduce the cravings for nictine and in the end help me quit. I have noticed after one week of using them that my sense of taste has dramatically improved (I didn't know that it had been diminished really until I used these things) and I am breathing easier, less coughing in the mornings. Bit grouchy due to lack of nicotine however managing it fine as I am really still smoking! Only downside I would say is that the pack says you can use each filter up to 10 times but half way through no 4 the tar starts to go in your mouth which tastes horrid so you can only get 3 smokes out of each one. They are however meant to be disposable yet when I ran out I did manage to clean them out - bit tricky and time consuming however at least that is a possibility!
I highly recommend these for any smoker who wants to take the first step in quitting, I really do finally think that I will be able to quit one day now, smoking while quitting, perfect!
