Cutters Choice, next to Golden Virginia is the next most popular rolling tobacco. It has been made since 1856 and is made in Holland. Cutters choice seems to be a less well-known hand rolling tobacco. Most people seem to use golden Virginia but I can think of several reasons why they should change. For one the price.
