I tried Gauloises Caporal Non-Filter (sold in Italy as "Gauloises Brunes") a month ago, and now they are my new favourite cigarette, after a long period spent with Gauloises Blondes Legéres. The tobacco (european dark tobacco) is completely different from the american blend contained in the blonde brand, and it has a sweet and rich flavour.
