Advantages: Good nicotine hit, not too harsh

I started smoking in college with some of my girlfriends at 16. Most of them smoked L&B and I asked if I could try one and I have been hooked on them ever since.

At first they were bit too strong for me but I got used to them after a while. They are king size fags and deliver a good powerful nicotine hit to satisfy those cravings (0.9mg). They got me addicted really fast and now I go through about a pack a day.

L&B is a good quality cigarette which I always find myself going back too having tried out other brands including Marlboro, Superkings, Mayfair, Regal and Richmond. They are not too harsh and are an enjoyable smoke.

Although they are not the cheapest fags on the market they are worth the extra expense for the plesure they give compared with other brands (£4.50 approx for pack of 20).

Summary: A really enjoyable smoke with a good nicotine hit
