Advantages: cheap
Disadvantages: their gonna kill you
It feels very strange to write a review on smoking, seeing as if, if you do listen to me and take my advice then ultimately im advising you on your preferred method of suicide. So please, if you already dont smoke, dont take my advice ok? ok then we got a deal.
Of all the ciggarettes out there, i started smoking Lamberts because of their smooth, delicate taste and quality. No, im only kidding, its because they were the cheapest ones that i could get in the shop, and seeing as i was still in school with only a part time job to support my nicotine addiction they had to do.
A few years down the line and my money situation is much worse again, so, again Lamberts are my prefered choice.
I cant give them a good review as it seems to unethical, also i wish i did hate them so, please dont start if you dont already do it.

- 12/06/01 I'm afarid I had to rate this op NU, I think your writing style is great but everybody knows the danges of smoking and it is supposed to be an op about the product, not about ehical reasons. If you didnt want to write about ciggies, then why did you? |

- 10/06/01 I agree with you that when the bank balance isn't looking too good, that smoking a cheaper brad like Lamberts is useful.
I started to smoke when 20 Embassy were 1.55!!!
I am now making my own with one of the ciggy machines available at tobacconists and whilst almost as cheap as smoking roll-ups, they aren't as harmful as you can buy filter tips (even menthol ones!!)
P.S. I love Julie Walters in Educating Rita.Her opinion on smokers is always a good argument for critical non-smokers. If you've seen it you will know what I mean!! |

- 08/06/01 I gave you 'useful' for this, but if I followed my conscience I would have rated 'not useful'. Why do you do it if you hate the habit? I stopped after 37 years as a smoker. It's really hard but you can do it if you really want to.
I used to smoke Lambert like you because of the low price.
I laugh each time I notice the price of a packet now. The last time I looked they were £4.07 for 20. |
