PLAYERS GOLD LEAF HAND ROLLING TOBACCO....
When i started to cut down on my smoking, i switched to hand rolling tobacco, and i use filter tips in mine, yes i can roll them quite good.
I first started using, golden virginia and over time i have been trying other tobaccos firstly and formostly to try and save a few pounds, and i then was smoking Amber Leaf which i did enjoy.
It was my eldest daughter aged 28, who was smoking this product, so i asked her what it was like and why she was smoking it, and she answered it tastes no different from Amber Leaf, so i thought that i would try some and then buy some.
Gold Leaf, is on special offer at this moment in Sainsbury,s stores, dont know if this applies in all other supermarkets, have only brought some from my local Sainsbury,s store so really havnt gone to the other stores to look.
But with most of these tobaccos the price only varies a little from store to store, supermarkets, but i cant say with the smaller stores, which i avoid like the plague.
The Package **********
Mine didnt come in a box, it came in a plastic pouch, it also gives you a packet of cigarett papers inside, which were ok, and do the job just as well as the rizlas i usually buy.
For a 23gram pouch i paid £4.50p, and it is made by Players, think they use to make cigarettes, and maybe still do, but being a tobacco smoker dont look at the cigarettes (taylor Made) anymore.
The price was good, and i must admit that i did enjoy the smoke, and yes it is not a lot dissimiliar from my usual smoke of Amber Leaf, just a bit cheaper but you get 23grams as apossed to 25grams, but for the money you save it still works out cheaper, in the long run.
Nice fresh tobacco and you will probably get about 40 cigarettes from this pouch, but this also depends on the thickness of the cigarettes you roll, and whether or not you roll them in a cigarette rolling machine or not, and as to whether you put filters in the end of your cigarettes as i do or not? .
Carries the usual government health warning on the packet, smoking kills. and it contains a packet (well its called a book) of cigarette papers enough to cover 50 rolling cigarettes.
They do state that they have produced this tobacco to the highest standards of quality, yes i know smoking is a bad thing to do, but i feel a little bit better knowing that in my cigarettes is nothing but tobacco, and none of the one hundred chemicals that are included in a normal taylor made cigarette.
Anyway i shall now be switching to this Gold Leaf Hand Rolling Tobacco, because i like the taste of the smoke, and it will be saving me some money too.
Thanks for reading and rating my reviews. x
Summary: i thought i would try it because it was recommended to me.
