Hi, I have been smoking Regal Kingsize for many years now and over the past 3 or 4 months I have noticed how the quality of the cigarette is somewhat deteriating, the main problem being loose filters with gaps in them which does not allow the nocotine to pass though the cigarette as air is sucked in.
The other probem I have encounterd is large pieces of wood like material in the cigarette which causes it to burn uncommingly.
Could you please look into these concerns as I enjoy smoking and have preffered Regal King Size to other brands or I will have to change brands if the problems persist.
I usually buy either the 40s or 100 packs from the local supermarket but have also noted the above faults in single packs which I have bought recently.
You Charge Enough For Them These Days So Please Sort It Out!!!
