poor quility (Regal King Size)

i am annoyed i have been smoking regal king size for 11 years and i have never had a complaint but over the last year i have noticed that the quilty has gone down.

From the filters not attatched properly that you fell like you are smoking silkcut to the filters coming away from the ciggs all together, the ciggs not being made properly so that the tobbaco is not in some parts the fags and they fall apart.

Now just today alone i had to throw away four fags because it was just to much bother to try and smoke them (if i wanted to smoke silkcut i would).

They are not cheap i could buy cheaper ones, but i wlway liked this product. I am sure i am not the only one complaining so why are they not doing anything about this? They make enough from us surly we are entitled to a good quility product
