... am annoyed i have been smoking regal king size for 11 years and i have never had a complaint but over the last year i have noticed that the quilty has gone down. From the filters not attatched properly that you fell like you are smoking silkcut to the filters coming away from the ciggs all together, the ciggs not being made properly so that the tobbaco is not in some parts the fags and they fall apart. Now just today alone i had to throw away four fags because it was just to much bother to try and smoke them (if i wanted to smoke silkcut i would). They are not cheap i could buy cheaper ones, but i wlway liked this product. I am sure i am not the only one complaining...

I have been smoking Regal Kingsize for many years now and over the past 3 or 4 months I have noticed how the quality of the cigarette is somewhat deteriating, the main problem being loose filters with gaps in them which does not allow the nocotine to pass though the cigarette as air is sucked in. The other probem I have encounterd is large pieces of wood like material in the cigarette which causes it to burn uncommingly. Could you please look into these concerns as I enjoy smoking and have preffered Regal King Size to other brands or I will have to change brands if the problems persist.
