Advantages: Is it right to say they have some. I guess its the price
Disadvantages: Bad for your health and your wallet
It seems a bit weird reviewing cigarettes but I've been smoking for 15 years so I guess I have the experience.
I started smoking Benson and Hedges which at the time were £2.20 for 20! I smoked these for years until I had to start paying bills and watching my money. I found Lambert & Butler too strong as are Marlboro, Benson and Hedges superkings, Soveriegn and I started to dislike that awful taste they leave in your mouth but unfortunately I was hooked. A friend of mine had poached a packet of consulate menthol cigarettes from her mum and gave me one.
I like these instantly as they didn't seem as strong or leave your mouth overly dry and no awful after taste. I know if you don't smoke you will think this is madness. Smoking when you don't like the after taste, but when your hooked your hooked!
So I smoked them for a while but they were still a little expensive and they older I got the more I smoked especially when I was dieting and going out a lot so I needed a cheaper brand. Richmond came on the market so I smoked them for a while as they were one of the cheapest around and the quality was quite good too.
Eventually I tried to quit and succeeded for 6 months but then one night out in the pub changed all that (I know I'm so weak). So when I started again I found regular Richmond a little strong so I went on to Richmond Menthol as they had just started doing them. I still smoke them now as they are cheap but don't burn your throat. The best thing about menthol cigarettes is that not many folk enjoy them so they won't be asking for a cig off you! My fella can't smoke them as he says he doesn't feel like he has had one.
I only smoke these as they are the cheapest cigs that I can tolerate.
I will quit, when I'm ready. Can't rate them too highly as they are so bad for your wallet and health.
Summary: If you have to smoke these are better on the bank balance
