... these reviews, I was expectibg to find almost everyone in agreement that smoking is evil, the ban is a good thing, and smoking should be banned altogether. However, it s surprising how few people are actually going that route and saying that outright. Smoking in general ... do not like smoking. I do not hate everyone that smokes, but I do believe that knowing the health implications of yourself and others around you, every smoker should be making a healthy effort to quit. What I find particularly appalling is how many younger people, like Sixth Formers and Students can take up Smoking, knowing how bad it is for you and with it becoming increasingly anti social. If you are considering starting smoking and are reading this review looking for something positive to spur you on, you aren t going to find it and you should lose those ideas before you seriously regret them. Rizla Liquorice Paper ... favourite rolling papers are zig-zag, but if I have problems getting them, it would be rizla liquorice I would buy. Mind you, I have only been able to find them in Tesco. I use menthol tips and along side the liquorice papers you tend to get an interesting taste. The papers are black in colour.... well maybe more a dark brown They are available in single packs of 50 papers. The gum to seal the papers again is not very good, although this could be due to them being a thicker than most paper. I personally being a smoker, rarely smell smoke from others but my husband has pointed out that when I use the liquorice papers there is a reduced smoke smell from my clothes. ... Smoking in general ... there it is, the smoking ban in public has failed to halt the growth of nicotine junkies in the U.K, and most definitely the cancerous growths inside them. According to a recent NHS health survey, involving some 17.000 responders, although the survey thankfully found no rise in smoking in female groups, they did find the first rise in the male age group of 17-35 for along time, especially in the amount of cigarettes they smoke. Sadly the number of fags enjoyed by working-class men has also gone up, ironically the smoking bans target group, working class people now 73% of all smokers, always a right-of-passage in this particular group.
