Amber Leaf:
... have been a smoker for a number of years and usually smoke cigarettes as opposed to roll ups. Mainly because it can be a pain having to roll. Recently however i have been forced to switch to Rolling bacci as times are hard and all that. I used to get through about 10 b&h a day (sometimes more if i was having a few beers down the pub). This equated to about £3.50 per day. The beauty with roll ups i find is that ... Read the full review: Amber Leaf Done and dusted by Revier |

Amber Leaf ... most tobacco s that you can buy, the price of amber leaf really doesnt reflect on the quality. For such a cheap tobacco (i pay 4.56 for 25g with papers) it has a taste that is easily as good as any of the other major tobacco brands such as Golden Virginia. The other added bonus with Amber Leaf is that you get rolling papers with the pouch (box for 12.5g) which not alot of other tobacco brands do. The papers are the equivalent of Rizla Green. They have cut corners and are medium weight (easy to roll with quite a nice smoke still). A downside to Amber Leaf is the fact that the pouch you get it in is not resealable as Golden Virginia sometimes is. Therefore it doesn... Player's Gold Leaf ... smoked pretty much all of the brands of rolling tobacco i would have to say that Gold Leaf is not as good as most of them. I believe i payed £4.44 for 23g (what a weird grammage) and was overjoyed at such a cheap price at the time. However, once rolling my first few cigarettes i realised that indeed this tobacco was the cheapest in the shop for a reason. It is the weakest nicotine hit that i have ever had. I like to feel it when i smoke a fag and the thing with this tobacco is that you just cant feel the hit you take at all. If i was quitting smoking then i may consider this tobacco as its cheap and you dont get much of a hit off of it however, i am not plannin... Drum ... i was smoking cigarettes but after a weeks holiday and smoking 40 a day i came back and felt unfit and filthy, even thinking about taking drag of a normal lambert and butler makes me wretch to this day so i quit. However starting college many of my friends were smoking weed and i was peer pressured in one day and i bought my own tobacco and papers and i must admit i got into socially smoking again but with drum. I find it strange that people criticize rolling tobacco, it is cheaper but it doesn t lack quality and is a nice smoke if you give it a try. One of the big advantages in my opinion it actually tastes like tobacco unlike the chemical cigarettes. I ... Read the full review: Drum Tobacco by tommykay05 |
