My Guide To The Corgi The Beatles Collectable Die-Cast Routemaster Bus
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For those of you not familiar with Corgi; they are perhaps one of the best known makers of die cast models (cars, buses etc), bought as toys by children, but also as collectable items by many adults.
Corgi have made a few items based around the beatles; my girlfriend bought be the Corgi yellow submarine model a few years back, which I keep in it's original packaging (as this is the best way to maintain reselling value if you ever want to sell it).
Now Corgi have issued a Beatles Revolver Bus (named for their Revolver album -not for anything to do with buses -lol!!)
The actual model is based on a1:69 scale die-cast Routemaster Bus (a famous bus type, now longer in sevice). It's well made, and the famous Beatles Revolver Album artwork looks great on the side of the bus...
There's no doubt this is a fun and possibly (in the future) collectable item -so if you're a fan of model buses, or Corgi models in general, this will be a wonderful addition to your collection...
Though if you're not a collector you may be better off spending your money on the Beatle's Revolver Album instead (it's a crackingly good one -lol!!)
Summary: If you're a collector, you'll probably love it -if not catch the bus to go buy the album instead!
