Vtech Nursery Rhymes Book:
... of my daughter s Christmas presents last year was the Vtech Nursery Rhymes book. This isn t an actual book made of paper or cardboard, but a sturdy plastic book with sounds. Made by Vtech this book is suitable for children 6 months plus, however my daughter has just really started appreciating it now at 14 months old. The book is made up using very bright primary colours which looks nice and attracts the attentio... Read the full review: Humpty Dumpty, Diddle, diddle by abbadabbado |

Crayola Twistables ... have a confession. At 23, I still love to colour. Okay, so I don t exactly bust out the Dora the Explorer books, but I like those books of patterns. It s relaxing. Mostly I like to colour when I m on long plane journeys or otherwise bored. (Those who have seen the Sex and the City movie are probably sniggering about now). Every avid colourer knows that the choice between crayon, pencil crayon and felt tip is an important one. Sure you get better control with a felt tip, but they can run out halfway through a pattern. Pencil crayons are good, but you need to sharpen them, and they re no good on certain types of paper. Crayons are my favourite, although they too blunt q... Berol A4 Drywipe Whiteboard ... students in my class use white / dry wipe boards to write/draw scribble on to practice pencil control and to do their work on. These white boards are the modern equivalent of a blackboard, a slate. They are useful in saving paper waste. Johnny can draw and correct many pictures on one of these as when the picture/work is finished with it can be wiped of by using an eraser Certainly easier to clean than a chalk board , cleaner no chalk dust making a mess White board pens seem easier for my special needs pupils to write with than standard pens. Berol make white boards. We have a few I just checked the price, its £34.00 for a pack of 10 double sided boards one side p... Read the full review: Berol boards at school by mumsymary |

Kooshies Baby Float Seat ... bought Rhys a floating baby seat after seeing someone with one when I took Rhys swimming. It looked like great fun, it is a blow up, bright yellow seat that the baby sits in whilst in the water, it is designed so that the baby feels secure and can have more fun whilst floating. I purchased mine from Ebay for the price of £6, I have also seen them in Asda for £8 After taking Rhys swimming a few times now, it is sometimes difficult to keep a tight grip of a 17 week old baby whilst they are wriggling around in the water!! This is why I find this baby seat an excellent invention! The seat has two large strips of plastic that the baby s legs go either side of, this th...
