... I bought these bricks from the early learning centre for my daughters first birthday. They cost me £10 for 100 blocks of different colours and shapes and sizes. I have found the colours are very bright helping my daughter with the beginnings of seperating and learning colours. ELC Wooden Bricks ... bought this set of wooden bricks from the Early Learning Centre last year, when I was looking for something for my daughter s first birthday. I was keen to buy something that was educational, safe, well made and that would last for some time as she developed. I remembered these bricks from my own childhood, and when I saw them, I knew that I had to buy them. For £10.00, you get 100 bricks in varying shapes and sizes, ranging form cylinders, cubes and triangles, to half moons, bridges and ledges. They are in natural wood and some bright colours. ELC Wooden Bricks ... everywhere listen up. NO BATTERIES NEEDED, NO ANNOYING TUNES and NO FLASHING LIGHTS!! ha haa haaa. If you don t have children you will not have a clue what I mean. For those who do, read on with glee. What a simple idea. Take 100 bits of wood, shape them into cylinders, cubes and other geometric type shapes, paint them and sell them. Oh how I wish I had thought of that. Never mind. If you have a little one with a building / destroying habit, then these are for you. so what are they for? There are 100 in this bucket of bricks bought from the E. L.C. They cost £10. These bricks are brightly coloured with the primary colours, and they are interesting shapes. These bricks are excellent for developing motor skills in a child, are excellent for aiding the learning of colours.
