      A good game for all

      ==Chad Valley Jungle Hunt==

      Jack has his this Jungle Hunt game from Chad Valley for around a year now and it was yet another gift bought for him by his Nana and I must say he really does enjoy it.

      I have not seen it many places to buy and I am not too sure where his Nana actually purchased it from but you can easily buy it second hand on line and I shouldn't think it would cost that much either brand new or indeed second hand.

      The game is pretty simple and consists of a few pieces which can easily be lost so keep a close eye on them! The game runs on a rather large D size battery which I feel probably cost more to buy than the actual game itself did.

      There are two different coloured hammers which come with the game, one orange and one yellow. These hammers have to be used to bash the head of the corresponding colour animal. Each animal has a little ball on its head which is easily picked up by the rubber type hammer and if the animal is hit hard enough and on centre, the animal can be lifted from the game.

      The animals move up and down in and out of the base of the game which does make it even more tricky to get them on target. The animals are all different from elephants and lions to moneys. The game is rather noisy, not just the bashing of hammers on the heads of innocent little plastic creatures but the noise from the battery moving the plates under each animal up and down is not the quietest thing either.

      The age range of the game is from 3 years plus but jack had this when he was a little younger than three and was able to master it well. It has got to be his favourite game we have but this is probably more of the fact that he loves to brandish the hammer at both the animals and anyone who feels they could beat him at the game!

      The hammers are softish so pretty safe in his little menacing hands. The animals themselves are pretty safe as they are large and chunky and although Jack throws them around quite a lot have yet to break or to be lost in that black hole lurking in out flat.

      All in all, I have to say that this toy has got to be worth the money. It doesn't look overly expensive and the game is indeed simple but we get a good bit of enjoyment from playing it. It is good for either boys or girls to play with so is a perfect game for anyone really.

      I think a score of 4 out of 5 stars and the only minus mark being because it is not the most attractive looking or quietest game around.

      Great fun and highly recommended.

      Many thanks for taking the time to read.

      I do hope that this has been of some help/interest to you.
