Advantages: Teaches children a vital skill and is good fun

Disadvantages: Slightly expensive for what it is

I bought this game for my son at christmas as he is a massive fan of Disney Cars and I just knew he would love it.

I paid £30 for it which seamed quite a lot but we all know how you pay for the brand name.

The idea of the game is that you have two players and you have to race to reach the end of the line and be the one to collect the piston cup.

The game itself appeared very sturdy and well made and it was very simple to fit together, after being shown once my 4 year old son can now set it up by himself.

Each player chooses their car and the race begins. The game changes colour from green to red. When the lights are green you have to press your steering wheel button as fast as you can and move your car forward along the line, but beware! if you press your button when the lights are on green you'll be sent back to the start. Who will be the first to reach the finish line?

I thought this was a very good game for young children as it's simple to use, the rules are easy to follow and it teaches children that green means go and red means stop which is a very vital skill to learn.

I would recomend it to all parent's of young children as it's a great way to keep children occupied whilst they learn.

Summary: A great fun educational game

Yes it is like I said you pay for the name. There is actually a cheaper version available in Argos that is only £10 but as my son loves Disney Cars I went with this one.
