We bought this as a joint christmas present for our two daughters aged 8 and 10. It was on offer at the time about half price so a really good buy, and I can honestly say its one of the few gifts that have been played with over and over again . We found it really easy to use just plug it into the tv and start hunting around for things to look at even the most mundane item is fascinating when magnified two hundred times on your tv screen and unlike a traditional microscope everyone can see it at the same time .Be amazed at some things and grossed out by others.
