... would pose a choking hazard looking at in now and my son plays with it under supervision anyway so I think so long as it's supervised play it is good for any age.
My son particularly loves the way it bounces around the living room giggling which has always made him chuckle and I think it is a rather cute toy due to the fact that the giggle is that of a baby like one!
