Advantages: Great Game

Disadvantages: Batteries run out too quick

Being school holidays we decided to buy this for our son yesterday. We got it in our local toy shop where it cost us £12.

This is a childs game made by hasbro. It takes 4 x c batteries. These are put into a small blue plastic elephant which when switched on spins around blowing butterflies from his trunk for the children playing to catch in their nets. You can play this game with up to four players which is great if you have friends round.

When you buy the toy it dosent come with the batteries. So you have to buy these seperate. Included in the box is the instructions How to play the game, 4 net brackets with 4 different coloured nets which you need to attach together, 30 different coloured butterflies and the elephant.

The aim of the game is to place all the butterflies in the elephants trunk, switch the elephant on which will make the butterflies fly into the air. The children playing then need to catch the butterflies in their nets the child that catches the most wins. As this is a game suitable for young children there is a safety cut out switch which means if the elephant is liffted off the floor whilst it is switched on it automatically switches off to stop a childs fingers getting caught.

This is a great game for young children as it is easy to understand. The only problem that i have found already is the batteries have started to ware out meaning the butterflies wont fly into the air.

Summary: Very exciting for children
