Catch the butterflies (Hasbro Elefun)

My daughter received this for her Christmas a couple of years ago after going on about it for ages. She had seen the TV adverts and thought it was amazing.

It was bought from Argos for about £13.00 but it is available in many other stores such as Amazon and Tesco. It comes in quite a large box definitely bigger than I was expecting anyway. In the box you get a sturdy plastic elephant and a trunk which is made of a lot lighter plastic, this is so it can get blown up when you turn it on. You also get four nets and lots of butterflies. You place the butterflies on top of the elephant and the you put the trunk on, when everyone is ready you turn it on and the trunk blows up and once it has got going properly butterflies start to appear which you have to try and catch in your net. We all found this great fun.

I did find that it wasn't long though before it was going a lot slower and you could hear the fan in the bottom was slowing down, when it gets like this there is not enough power for the butterflies to come out so you have to replace the batteries. With fresh batteries it gets going again quickly ready fro more fun.

Summary: I think this is a great toy but be prepared to spend money on lots of batteries
