the way it works is basically:
theres a different picture on each face of the block, and theres two settings. on the first a musical rhyme is sung depending on which picture is facing up-for example, 'white polar bear in the icy snow, slipping and sliding, away we go!'

This is a toy that really has done the rounds in my house. It was purchased 2 and a half years ago and is still a staple regular in the toy box! It cost £10, and we have had more than our moneys worth, and in the whole time we've had it we've only replaced the batteries once or maybe twice-unlike alot of battery powered toys that eat the batteries. Leap Frog Melody Block I am truly a big kid at heart and although Jack is only 9 weeks old I have already got a large collection of toys for him that I have been playing with a lot and he just seems to cry at. However this melody block from leap frog is one he is already enjoying. I initially saw it in Woolworth’s for £10.99p but after browsing the toy section on Amazon found it there for £9.99p. It states that the melody block is suitable from birth so I added it to my ever increasing virtual shopping basket and because I spent over £15 the postage was free.
