My son saw this in Tesco and just had to have it, priced at just over a tenner he used his pocket money. They're cheaper online, Amazon are selling them for £6 delivered free. This toy is made by Mattel, so it's good quality. What is it? it's an electronic mind reading guessing game- you think of an item then 20 Q asks you questions such as animal or mineral to which you reply yes, no, sometimes or unknown. Your reply is answered by pressing the relevant buttons on the front, there is also an undo button to change your answer. If 20 Q can't guess correctly within 20 questions you're the winner. The questions are displayed on a small easy to read screen. It is ... Read the complete review

20 questions.....it is a palm sized game that tries to guess the word you are thinking. It will ask you questions (20 of them) you answer 'Yes' 'No' 'Sometimes' or 'Unknown' and it will work out your item/thing. 99% of the time it will guess your word. Even if you don't know the answers to the questions and answer unknown, somehow it still knows, because of this it is infuriating. It also has a bit of an attitude; it gets a little bit big headed towards the end of guessing. I feel like saying it got it wrong just to stop it gloating. Although it can get a little tedious after a while, when you find it at the bottom of a drawer or toy box you instantly forget ... Read the complete review

About the size of a tennis ball this little computerised ball packs the brain power of all of your worst enemies at twenty questions when you were a child, a times you will feel as though you are ten again and going up against the older siblings as the guessing capability of this machine will leave you searching your brain for the most obscure things in the universe to try to defeat it, can it be done? Yes, it can, but it will not give in straight away, we have had it up to twenty four questions at it stubbornly tries to outwit you and then it grudgingly gives way to its defeat. The kids will love it though and it gets them to use not only their imaginations and ... Read the complete review

My daughters have one these toys and it is really great fun. I've found it works really well when you are in a group and it certainly passes the time in a fun way during a journey or a get together. Kids will love this toy as it seemingly and magically is able to read someone's mind in twenty questions. Even adults will think its clever, evening knowing that is uses a series of questions to keep on narrowing down the possible answers depending on your 'yes', 'no', 'unknown' or 'sometimes' answers from a large database of 'things', people or objects it has stored in its memory. you can also 'undo' if you answer incorrectly or want to ... Got given this a present recently, and was presently surprised. It is is a very simple product, where basically you think of an object, and then it ask's you a series off questions, in the style of the classic game, 20 questions. Your aim is not to guess the item, but to beat the machine. I was skeptical early on, and tried to defeat it with basic things such as apple or tree. Soon i found it was more than capable of guessing these items, and way before 20 questions. I soon found that the machine was incredibly hard to beat, and was able to defeat me even when i was thought of nothing. One problem is the machine is obviously programmed by an American, and therefore ... Read the complete review
