      Very helpful

Very misleading advertising, badly designed, not worth the money.

Our daughter was absolutely Peppa mad and had also been asking for a night light so in the run up to her birthday we decided this would be perfect for her.

We bought it from Argos for just under £20 although I have since seen it on offer for £15. Peppa came in a plastic bag within a box with an open front so you could see her. It requires 3xAAA batteries which are not included.

The heart shaped light on Peppas tummy pops out of her dress and on the back is where the batteries can be inserted, a small screwdriver is needed for this so no worries about children removing them, it is also where the off/on switch is located, there is also a "try me" option which only plays part of "twinkle twinkle" and only has a small light show.

The lullaby is basically "twinkle twinkle" music with peppa singing over it, quite loudly, once she finishes the song she does an extremely loud pig oink noise! This isn't the relaxing lullaby I expected from the product description and certainly didn't relax my daughter, it set her off in a fit of giggles every time! Cute but not great at 2am!

The "light show" is incredibly disappointing, the picture in the advert for it is very misleading, it shows the light show as a rainbow projecting onto the ceiling, in reality there are 3 bulbs inside the heart shaped light, one yellow, one red and one blue which all fade off and on independently, more of a disco than a pretty soothing rainbow!

The heart fits into the dress snugly and is held in place by elastic which is sewn into the dress...although a bit too snug, to switch on the lights and lullaby you press the heart but with it being so snug it switches itself on and off constantly, we actually had to keep the heart out of the dress so it played the lullaby right to the end.

All in all this in't a very good product and I wouldn't recommend it, my daughter was incredibly disappointed by it and uses it mainly as a cuddly toy than a night light now, she expected a rainbow light from the pictures on the box and unfortunately she didn't get that.
