My daughter received one of these guys as a present for her 6th birthday. It was a toy she had seen in the shops and wanted before. The dog she got is the one pictured about the black and brown German Shepherd puppy she was more than happy with the puppy for the first hour or so. The she came back and asked me to help her train him. She told me the bone could be used to make he do tricks I was impressed by this concept and thought it was a good idea. The instructions stated the you could "train" the dog to shake his head move his head toward the bone, wag his tail and raise his paw. The dog does do this by the simple use of magnets. The bone has a ... Read the complete review

Nintendogs One of the toys enjoyed by little Miss at the moment; it was bought because of the allure of the "Nintend" bit. It's mad by Nintendo and presumably based around their game which often finds its way into her DS Lite. WHAT IS IT? We became the rather proud owners of Pug Le Carlin. He (apparently it looks like a "he") is easily removed from the box, and there he is, sitting about 20cm high from bottom to top of head. He is quite sweet really with his brown fur and black pug eyes and ears. Along with the dog comes a white bone with Nintendog written on it- just in case we want to use it for something ... We have recently brought one of these for our 5 year old son. The rrp is £9.99 but we got it this week in sainsburys where they have them at half price so paid only £4.99 for it. This is a toy made by tomy for nintendo. They are small puppy dogs which come in a variety of different breeds such as dalmation, pug, boxer, yorkshire terrier or jack russell which you have to train to do different tricks. They come in a small blue and white box with a small white plastic bone which is used to train the puppy. Once the dog and bone have been removed from the packaging you can start to train it. If you hold the bone near the dogs nose and move it from ... Read the complete review

Nintendogs Trick Trainer Pup is a toy that is part of the incredibly popular nintendogs franchise. My younger sister recently bought one of these puppies and has found it rather disappointing. She is a huge fan of nintendogs owning three different copies of the DS game, a nintedogs case for her DS, a nintendogs case for her games and nintendogs armor for her DS Lite. She bought the one pictured above and although it may be very cute and cuddly it appears to do nothing where the trick training is concerned. The trick training is supposed to be controlled by magnets in the bone and the dog. I believe you should be able to make it shake however all ... Read the complete review
