	Parcelforce ... delievers parcels worldwide. I use it all the time as I buy stuff from china and Countries in around that destaniation. I am always givivng a tracking number and check the information on the parcel basically tracking it. I dont mind parcelforce the only thing is they only let you track your parcel when it arrives in the UK and when it does it always goes to an international hub which is usually coventry. Everytime my parcels go there and I track it it always says different things that is a cause for concern for example it came up today internation hub parcel handed over and been charged. 	ATS ... very slooooow puncture could mean only one thing. A trip to civilisation to have it repaired. The nearest and in fact the only puncture repair place in the vicinity is a branch of ATS Euromaster located within a grade II listed building in a conservation area. Beautiful. Or at least its neighbours were. Still I wasn t here to admire the architecture I needed a repair doing. The car park was deserted at 10:30am, the only vehicles in sight were ATS vans one of which was parked in the bay. No hydraulic ramps here. In fact the place was so quiet I half expected tumbleweed to go rolling past. I entered the deserted reception desk and was confronted with a handwritten notice ... 	AA The Driving School ... have had two not so pleasant experiences with instructors from Franchise schools. This is not to say that ALL driving instructors from these schools are bad ones; I am sure many are actually very good. But schools like the A.A or B.S.M. are like any large organisation. They can tend to lose sight of how important it is to treat their customers/pupils like individuals and not just see them as sources of income. When I phoned B.S.M the lady on the other end was quite nice, but I did have to tell her to stop using her sales pitch - she was talking too fast for me. It is just typical really.
