Parcelforce: ... disgusted with the incompetence of Parcelforce. I won about 6 items on ebay and three of the sellers were sending by parcelforce around 16.10.09. After waiting patiently for the packages I got nervous after a week when I received the 3 items sent via royal mail (who were striking). 	Audi ... I would like to put the record straight with Audi and their so called reputation . I know most big dealers are renowned for ripping their customers off, but I would like to share my experience. I had a 3 door Megane (now Renault were rubbish for customer service) and we needed a 5 door car and something with a decent boot as we had just had our first child, and needed to get the pushchair and two Labradors in the back. We went and had a look at the Audi garage in Chester (now Cheshire Oaks) just to look at the A3, but the boot was smaller than the Megane. Then a car caught my eyes, and oh boy did I love it. 	Nationwide Autocenters ... have been using Nationwide Autocentre , Holloway Head, Birmingham, for several years running. The reason is that I have always been satisfied with the discounted prices offered as well as the fact of convenient location, close to the city centre and on a bus route. Booking-in can be done online as well as by phone. My most recent visit was in October 2009 to have the MOT and interim service done for my 7 year old Toyota, which came to £253.99 [including MOT £57, Service £99 and discount £34]. The cost of the 4 new tyres fitted and balanced came to about £100, plus wheel trims and brake fluid flush. I have also found the manager and staff at this centre very helpful... 	DHL ... have just switched to DHL last week since the Royal Mail strikes took place and found them to be a good courier service. The service was fantastic by DHL and I found out they offer cheaper prices than other couriers. The only downside is they start work at 9 every day which means they do delivery less parcels each day than other couriers. You can arrange for your parcel to be picked up online. I arranged for my parcel to be picked up online and I got it picked up straight away the next day. The service was fantastic somebody came and picked it up and got my signature.
