Advantages: Share same initials as alcoholics group - probably fitting!

Disadvantages: Don't turn up and don't know what their instructors are doing

Lessons were booked for my daughter by a well known TV company. We were phoned with the details of the first appointment by the TV company a few days beforehand and given a booking reference number.

On the appointed day I phoned the AA to confirm details and when eventually put through to a "human" was told that the Instructor had not responded to their contacts and it was unlikely the lesson would go ahead as planned. I was also told that they wouldn't allocate it to another instructor in the area until the firsat one had actually refused. Given that the first instructor wasn't responding I failed to see how that was efficient business practice.

Their attitude stank, what a shower of incompetents - thats just their office employees, god knows what their self employed, freelance instructors are like.

Even though they may appear at the top of any search list due to their initials, I would avoid them like the plague!!!

Summary: Don't bother - look elsewhere.
