I booked an appointment based in Borehamwood. Due to certain reasons, I cancelled it at least 4 days in advance. However, on the day of the appointment, the instructor showed up, seeming not known about my cancellation. Two weeks later, I received an insulting call and a couple of messages from the female instrutor to ask for money otherwise she would submit summons in court. I told her all the details, but she would not bother to ask AA. I have done nothing wrong in this issue -- it seems that the AA did not notify the instrutor about the cancellation, then they denied everything and put all the blame on me! And the instrutors themselves seem to have no respect of their potential pupils. This would be my very second driving lesson after experiencing an unpleasant lesson with another instrutor. I felt rather distressed even before I started learning properly!

Summary: don't use them!
