Having booked and paid for 12 lessons as a birthday present for my 17 year old daughter, she rang to book her first lesson. Guess what - he didnt turn up. When she rang the office they told her that it would be cancelled. Later that day I found an email from the instructor saying that he was ill and asking us to contact him for further appointments. Two weeks later we have given up trying. E mails, phone messges to his moble and the head office brought forth nothing. I finally asked for the return of the £ 228 only to be informed that the first 2 lessons had been charged to the account and they could only refund £190. I cannot afford to book more lessons until that money is returned so the birthdat present has been ruined. I have put the matter in the hands of the credit card company but this could take some time. Avoid like the plague!
