In UK today, there are more companies that offer a poor and careless service than those who carry on doing business with ethics and care.
Parcel2Go.com is a company that has no concept of service or customer care. their sub-contractors such as citylink and yodel help themselves to your packages and if they dont, they deliver late, ... pick up late and if them manage to delivery (once in a while) your delivery arrives damaged.
there are no phone numbers in their website and finding the live help section is a task fit for Indiana Jones.
they do not give you a proper tracking number with which you could actually contact the courier company to find out what on earth is happening with your item. their twitter agent has no idea about anything and when you tweet them, it feels as if you have interrupted their gaming time.
I honestly do not know how a business like this could stay afloat. Read the complete review |

Extremely Poor Customer Service
I would not recommend Parcel2go to anyone. The service is rubbish and the agents you connect to on live chat - well some are pretty rude.
Posted a parcel on the 27th November and customer hasn't received (TNT)
The tracking data was actually pre filled with the information from another ... order I placed on the same day - but trying to explain that to them is impossible as they don't listen.
I have contacted them on 5 different occasions. Each time I am told someone will get back to me - yet no one does.
I had the TNT delivery driver back out to re-collect the parcel 3 times. And they sent the TNT delivery driver out to another customer that had her correct parcel delivered - to pick up - even though I told them that the tracking data was incorrect!
I am not sure whether its incompetence or ignorance.
Matter still unresolved - claim filed.
I would stay clear - www.interparcel.com provide a far better service and also provide telephone numbers to call if you have a problem. Read the complete review |

In 40 odd years - i have never come across a company like them - fail to collect on requested day, they collect 3 days later, after we chased their "Customer Service" that have no telephones or means of communication with the outside world, let alone the companies they use.
Parcel then takes a magical mystery to see Santa ... in lap land somewhere for the next 7-10 days. They cant locate the parcel because "Customer Service" do not have communication systems.
Their closing response after almost 14 days, (and we have the records of chat), WAIT until the parcel arrives and then we can review it, but until it arrives we can not do anything.
So how long are we meant to wait???
I will never again even visit their website let alone even think about suggesting their company to anybody. Just the their name makes me cringe-
