As far as I'm concerned, anyone can deliver a parcel; let's face it you turn up at the customer's address, you pick the parcel up, and it gets delivered: what can be simpler then that!!??!!

But what if it goes wrong? What if somewhere in that process, an error or act of fate rear's its ugly head?

We recently despatched a parcel, at the bequest of our customer, to use Amtrak.

I tell you now, theres, parcel carriers, and then theres Amtrak Parcels.

We happen to make an error with this parcel, and it was not discovered until the parcel was out for delivery; Barnstaple in Devon to be precise.

The Amtrak depot at Barnstaple is a credit to the Company and a shining example to the rest of the parcel delivery fraternity.

With out there assistance and willing to put our mistake right, it would of cost us a lot of money, and we would of out doubt lost a much valued customer.

From that, Amtrak have got a new customer, (us), simply because if it goes wrong; they'll put it right!
