Amtrak can't deliver (Amtrak Express Parcels Limited)

Disadvantages: they stole our parcels

sinced we been using Amtrak, for about a year now, they have lost 2 of our parcels, a laptop and a G5 computer. they say they've lost them but how do you lose a 29kg big box.
they are blatently stolen by there delivery drivers no doubt. The insurance for the laptop has yet to come through, it's been over 6 months and will probably take another 6 months finally get here. We will not be using them again.
Don t use Amtrak you will be dissapointed.
