Simply the best BMW dealership I have ever been to (and I have been to a few). I first went to them when I had a high mileage E36 325tds. I was treated extremely well by the service staff. A year later I was back, but this time it was to buy a car from them. The sales staff were polite, professional and extremely helpful. I have taken my car in for minor niggles (handbrake becoming loose, headlamp cover misting, seat back becoming loose). ALL were repaired under warranty and while I waited. I live 80 miles away from the dealership and always go back to them. Their labour charge means it is worth your while, driving to them. Book in advance though, as they can be very busy! It's a shame other dealerships can't follow Scothall Hampshire's example.
