Recommened by a family member I have been a Britania Rescue member for about four years now.

Thank goodness I havent had to call them out that often but the occasions when I have I have found them to be nothing but brilliant!

The operators on the phone are always professional and helpful, espacially when I have mentioned that I am a lady driver by myself.

One time I worried that I was in the middle of nowhere and would be waiting for quite some time for rescue. But unlike other breakdown and rescue services I believe that Britania are 'franchised' out to local garages so you're never too far away! This also means that the person who is coming out to rescue you had local knowledge and can find you quite easily even if you cant give the greatest directions to where you actually are.

One time I needed a tow and this was after hours when garages would be open. So i got a tow home and all i had to do was call again in the morning and another tow truck turned up to tow me to the garage. Brilliant!

Total value for money, friendly, helpful, non-threatening service.
