Newest Review: ... which ruined my concentration completely. He kept telling me that he is wasting his time with me and complained about how I am ruining his clutch and destroying his car. My confidence has been destroyed. I complained to the Britannia head office a number of times (by phone and letters) and the staff were extremely rude and un-cooperative. In fact, they have simply ignored my complaints completely, and I still have not received a replay from them. They even admitted on one occasion that this was not the first time they have received complaints from their students! I woult not recommend this school to anyone.... more

I found my dealings with Britannia very upsetting. My instructor (Alec Smith) gave me a fear of driving by constantly shouting at me and being extremely impatient. He reduced me to tears within the first 5 minutes of my lesson on at least 3 occasions, which ruined my concentration completely.
