Advantages: Reasonably priced and a very helpful service

I decided at 25 years old it was about time I should learn to drive, after many hours of lessons with a local driving school (actually nearly 3 years!) and many lessons of being taught by my OH who was the most horrible instructor by far!
It was growing blatantly obvious that I was just not a natural driver, I had already gone from learning with manual to an automatic transmission because I just could not get the hang of a gear stick and clutch>Pathetic I know.
After doing a little research on prices etc I decided to try BSM, they were reasonably priced, at the time a little more than £20 for a full 2 hour lesson.
(Anyway I had already spent many hundreds of pounds on lessons so I assumed a few more wouldnt hurt!)

BSM were very supportive with helping me get through my theory and hazard perception test, and I passed this first time.

The cars they use for instructing in are the small Corsa which was so much better for me,and gradually I became more confident behind the wheel.

They also appointed me with an extremely nice female instructor, as I had asked for a female in particular this time round, they seemed to want to help every step of the way, very professional, unlike the other driving school.
The instructor was always very punctual, and if for any reason she needed to cancel then BSM would call me promptly.

On the second lesson we went over maneuvres and I found that in the 3 years Id been learning elsewhere I had not once been introduced to the parallel park, so once this was under way after a few lessons she said I was more than ready to take my test.
On the day of the test, she drove me to the test centre, and YES I had finally passed!! Thanks to my instructor from BSM......
