FedEx ... delivery is really where I get upset. A recently ordered package was mishandled in the worst way I ve see yet. He/she arrived first at the back of the house by our garage, an easy mistake with our neighborhood set-up, but rather than simply walking around to the front door and leaving the package there, they THREW the package over a fence into our NEIGHBOR S porch! The package is dented and the contents were fragile. This is completely unacceptable from the stand point of a consumer. USPS and UPS are both much easier to deal with. Not only can they find my front door but also allow me to pick up packages at their warehouse if it needs a signature and I miss all th... Initial City Link ... 23rd December 09 I was expecting some parcels to come from City Link... often I find them to be a decent service that delivers the good to you. This morning, city link delivery truck came with my Amazon purchases.. it was in good condition and all objects where in good condition, the only problem was..... It was at 6am, and I was still in bed asleep. I had to quickly get changed and get the package. It was very annoying of them to come at 6am but atleast the packages came. One small problem I had with the company is that it was stamped for next day delivery... to them the next day is 5 days later... it s not brilliant and atleast I didn t pay for the delivery. Mos... Initial City Link ... are a joke. Every time I get an email from an online retailer saying Citylink I know it s bad news. TWICE this week i have been refunded by Amazon because City Link have refused to deliver on the guarenteed delivery day. My partner ordered goods for xmas that went on a 10 DAY trip around the UK! They turned up today just as Amazon sent out replacements! Last year they sent a home cinema system of mine to the wrong depot and once it got to the right one it soon just disappeared (ie someone tea leafed it!) The retailer had to claim on the insurance.
