I've used dhl a lot of times and always had a positive experience. I've got a local driver who tries to come at the same time to collect parcels so I know I don't have to stay in all the time - this is great service!

Also I've never had anything break or go missing. I once even sent a glass light fitting which arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

On a rare ocassion when they had to cancel a collection I received an email and the rebooked collection was promptly made on time the next day.

They aim to deliver most packages within 48 hours but in reality most arrive the next day which is a great value for service and much better than companies like parcel force which I never use now. The tracking system is very accurate and can easily be checked via the web. Also they can arrange a redelivery or the recipient can collect from a dhl depot if they were out during a delivery attempt.

Overall a great value & quality service in my experience.
