Advantages: A range of delivery times to suit individual needs

Disadvantages: No before 9am delivery

What can I say - outstanding! I switched to these guys from TNT, because they are less expensive. Unfortunately they do not have a before 9 service, but I have nothing but praise for their before 10am. The driver is polite, courteous, punctual, well dressed and smart. He arrives usually before 9am (which is lucky). He rings my bell, always asks me how I am and we have two minutes of idle chit chat while I receive my goods. He is always smiling. What a refreshing change to the norm, and I have had virtually every delivery company over the years. Service is everything to me, and to have a polite driver really does make the difference. DHL also offer an evening delivery - DHL@home, which is so convenient to busy people who do not want to sit and wait from 7.30am until 5pm. Of all the courier companies, I would recommend DHL over the rest.

Summary: Overall, the best of an overall bad bunch!
