Advantages: Impressive service, good service

Disadvantages: Less parcels delivered compared to other couriers

I have just switched to DHL last week since the Royal Mail strikes took place and found them to be a good courier service. The service was fantastic by DHL and I found out they offer cheaper prices than other couriers. The only downside is they start work at 9 every day which means they do delivery less parcels each day than other couriers. You can arrange for your parcel to be picked up online.

I arranged for my parcel to be picked up online and I got it picked up straight away the next day. The service was fantastic somebody came and picked it up and got my signature. I had it arranged to send to a family member who got it the next day at 9.30. The service they provide is quick it seems and I have used them 3 more times last week since then and been impressed with them.

They have been fast on time most of my parcels have been delivered at around 9.00 -10.00 so the person you send it gets it fast in the morning.I just love the service they always get a signature and one of the parcel receivers told me they knock on the door more friendly unlike other courier companies.

Their prices are cheap compared to TNT they are not cheap as Royal Mail but when they provide a good service and get your parcel on time who would care. DHL has been a success for me so far using them has been a good hit for me and I would recommend DHL to use with the strikes going on.
