DHeLL
This has to be the worst delivery company in existance. Just prior to christmas I orderda coffee tabel from amazon. They said they tried to deliver but I was at home all day and no delivery attempt was made. I tried to rearrange delivery through thier automated telephone service and made arrangements for delivery the next day. Guess what, didn't turn up. I then tried to rearrange for the following day using thier online service; same thimg no delivery. Tried to call and after being on the phone for over an hour finally got through to somone who said my parcel was in a warehouse in Kilmarnock and they had lost track of it. Three weeks after placing the order it turned up at the door, delivered by an arrogant driver who refused to place the table in the hallway for my elderly mother. I'm at home today waiting for a laptop to be delivered from DHeLL; it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. According to their online tracking system a card was left yesterday but I was at home all day and no attempt was made. Redelivery should be today; i'm not holding my breath. Stay away from this company they are total cowboys
