Absolute rubbish. I live in a flat and DHL wont leave a card at flats - though I did not know this as I'm not a mind-reader. Besides which, there was someone home all day both times they say that deilvery was attempted. Despite calling twice and emailing twice to arrange re-delivery to a more convenient address I still haven't received my parcel (7 days after the next day deliver was due). Their service is a joke - would not use them, or the website I purchased from, again because of this experience.

I have just switched to DHL last week since the Royal Mail strikes took place and found them to be a good courier service. The service was fantastic by DHL and I found out they offer cheaper prices than other couriers. Terrible!!! I had garuntee 2-3 day delivery I did this on Sunday so that I would for sure have it before the weekend came around.

Did that happen ? NO. By friday it said it had arrived in my city at 5am. SOMEHOW I didn't get it until Monday the next week.

When I called to see if they could get it to me Friday - I told them it was already late and I didn't want to wait till Monday but the lady told me it was just on time - I think i know what I paid $55 in shipping for lady.


Will never count on this company again.. --- DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED YOUR DELIVERY ON TIME

I hate getting a card through the door from DHL, it means I have either to take a day off work to get it delivered, or get a friend to take me in their car the 15 miles or so to the depot to pick it up. DHL lies!!!!! The Worse of all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was forced into using it cos it has a contract with the online retailer.

I paid for the 48 hour delivery and they told me to go and collect my parcel from their depot after 48 hours cos the driver couldn't find my flat, which is in central London and I have been receiving parcels smoothly from all other delivery companies with much lower fees.

We have CCTV all around the flat and there's no footage of even a DHL delivery man passing on the day they told me they attempted to deliver.

When I asked for a redelivery they said the next day is fully booked and I have to wait for over 76 hours for redeliver - which is complete bullsh*t and very unshameful of them!

NEVER USE DHL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DHL Express are rubbish. 1. They left a parcel on my doorstep and then their tracking system said it was signed by me. what a load of rubbish DHL is, tried ringing for my parcel to be redelivered but obviously the Leeds depot haven't learned how to answer the phone yet. They have an e.mail address on the delivery advice note so I tried that, however it's an invalid address so that was a waste of time. Looks like i'll be back on the phone waiting for some dummy to actually realise the phone is ringing.

I can't believe how rubbish these people are. Last time I was forced to use them because they had a contract with Currys, they did not deliver on the correct day so I spent a whole day waiting in for them and then when i tried to phone them I was passed around and given all different numbers to contact them on, which cost a fortune on my phone bill. Once again exactly the same thing has happened today.

I use DHL in Hartlepool, via my local STAPLES store, I can't say enough about the friendly staff, the reliable pick up and delivery of my parcels....I must say I always recommend DHL to my friends simply based on my own favourable expierience using them.DHL is easy to use and centrally located in my town, they have very good pricing , which is based on which box your item fits in instead of weight.They have many good points you'll have to check it out for yourself at your local STAPLES store, or DHL provider.
