AA The Driving School:
... have had two not so pleasant experiences with instructors from Franchise schools. This is not to say that ALL driving instructors from these schools are bad ones; I am sure many are actually very good. But schools like the A.A or B.S.M. are like any large organisation. They can tend to lose sight of how important it is to treat their customers/pupils like individuals and not just see them as sources of income.... BSM ... - A Total Waste of Time & Money!!! If you are thinking of starting driving lessons with BSM please read this post. Please consider your choice very carefully!!!! My sister learnt with BSM 9 years ago before they were franchised in the days when you could have 20 hours and that would be enough to pass your test. In 2009 they long out the process to over 45-50 hours for most people. Beware they will rip you off!!!! I had already passed my theory test with 50/50 and 67/75 and booked up a package deal with BSM thinking that I would receive premium first class training. How wrong could I be!!! Driving Schools in General ... a good driving school to take your lessons from can be difficult as if you choose a big driving school, the lessons can be quite expensive, and if you choose a smaller one, you can sometimes have trouble, then have to sort it out with the instructor themself, rather than through the driving school. As I find driving quite difficult, I deemed it important to find an instructor I would be comfortable with. The first one I went with was recommended by someone else and, being female, I thought I would be quite comfortable. Surepass Driving School ... am currently learning how to drive, and i am doing so with surepass. I have had around 14 hours of lessons and here is my review! The drivers always arrive on time, which is great, meaning that you don t end up waiting or having to reschedule lessons. Also all the drivers have obviously been trained in how to teach driving, as they have special handbooks, talk calmly, and seem to know how to best describe different procedures in a clear and informative way. I have had 2 drivers, one of which retired, and surepass automatically gave me a new driver, so with surepass you know that if anything ever happens, you money is safe, as you have not surepass is a big organisatio...
